VIP support lets you offer extras to supporters without changing base loadouts.
Master VIP toggle (admin)
A single toggle in the Settings tab enables or disables VIP features globally. Only admins (loadouts.admin) see and can change it.
VIP loadouts
Mark a loadout as VIP-only and it will only appear in the deploy menu for officers whose framework metadata identifies them as VIP.
VIP equipment overrides
Individual equipment entries can be flagged VIP. The override is stored in the loadouts_equipment_vip table and managed from the in-game editor.
